Tara is an excellent teacher and her classes are energising and fun. She teaches yoga in a way that is accessible to everyone, quickly helping to put you at ease. The classes are a mixture of poses, repetitive movements and meditation and i always leave class feeling relaxed and centred. They are an essential part of my week.
Tara’s classes are total sunshine! They fill me with warmth, awaken my mind to new thoughts, they calm, they cleanse, and they bring me clarity. Her words and gentle guidance take you on your own journey in each class. After these I feel ready for the world with a new smile and surrounding light! I love Tara’s Kundalini classes because they are suitable for all body shapes. Yoga can be intimidating if you are not skinny, but not this kind! It’s fun, makes me feel good mentally, physically and spiritually.
This class combines energetic movement with mindfulness, uplifting and purifying your soul in one hour, a class you can’t miss! Highly recommend!

Tara’s classes always feel like a warm blanket. Her thought provoking words, the hardcore moves and the close bond you feel after each class, makes it all the worthwhile. Tara is calm, fun, and energetic. After my first class I really felt it all over my body, and in this global pandemic, when actual exercise classes are so few, you don’t need anything else! Tara’s positive energy seeps into one’s body and leaves me feeling rejuvenated and happier after a session.
