This is a safe and supportive group that meets once a week via Zoom call. Each week a new topic will be introduced relating to grief. This is an opportunity to learn more about the grieving process and share your own experience

Grief Group

The word grief is most commonly associated with the death of a loved one, but there are many other experiences that also bring up a time of grieving. This could be divorce, illness, fertility issues, identity changes and many, many, more

Grief Group Online

Conscious Grief Support Group Online provides a loving environment, free from judgement to allow everyone to express themselves and share what they are going through.

Everything that is shared in the group is strictly confidential.

My own personal grief journey has led me to want to help and support others who are navigating this difficult experience.

The Grief Group run by the wonderful Tara provided a much-needed solace during a difficult time – additionally added to by the pandemic. Tara created a very friendly and supportive environment within which to share and learn from one another. I looked forward to the weekly session that gave an opportunity to focus on some aspects that I would perhaps otherwise not have reflected on. Tara’s personal experience along with her warm, healing personality make her excellent for facilitating this work.


Tara’s weekly Grief group was the space I truly needed to hold and unravel my deep loss. My brothers cruel death from cancer aged 42 shattered my spirit and my whole world. Tara’s weekly course was like a warm bath I looked forward to each week, a soothing contained space where I could share with compassionate beings. There is nothing like this class out there, and I commend Tara for bringing this much needed, almost taboo topic to the table. It’s surprising how surprised we are by death. Death happens to everyone else, right? Wrong. This uplifting course gives you tools to cope with book lists and meditation practices which I loved. The small group dynamic really appealed to me, we bonded and we were sad it was over but grateful to have shared and grown together. Tara’s course made my spirit sing again. I highly recommend it.
